In February 2020, 24 Hour Dog Daycare brought 2POINT in to design and develop a new company website. Following the successful completion of this initial project, 2POINT continued assisting with site maintenance, SEO initiatives, and PPC ad campaign management. In addition to improving ROI and revenue, this ongoing collaboration has also enabled their internal team to focus more on day-to-day client-facing (and canine-facing) operations.

24 Hour Dog Daycare is in the business of pet care, not search engine optimization and website development. Despite this, up until early 2020, the rapidly growing company was still handling all of its website development, digital marketing, and SEO in-house.

They had reached an inflection point where maintaining their digital assets was taking up more time and generating diminishing results. CEO Justin Stanley set out to find a team of local professionals that were up to the task.

When presented with the initial website project, 2POINT was up for the challenge.

The first stage of this collaboration involved an audit of 24 Hour Dog Daycare’s original website. After analyzing and evaluating the content, Jon and the 2POINT team provided PDF wireframe mock-ups of a new design for approval, then built an updated site from scratch using a JavaScript and PHP tech stack.

Following the successful launch of the responsive, eye-catching, and SEO-friendly website, 2POINT took over the comprehensive, end-to-end management of PPC and social media ad campaigns. The scope of work included budget management, performance tracking, and campaign optimization. 2POINT also launched a monthly newsletter for improved local SEO.
