The 2POINT Roadmap: Program Terms
These terms cover the 2POINT Roadmap and the Roadmap referral program, both offered by 2POINT Inc. (2POINT Digital Agency), called "2POINT" or "we" below. "You" means the brand joining the Roadmap or the partner making a referral.

1. The Roadmap
- The Roadmap is four weekly one-hour meetings between you and the 2POINT senior team. In the final meeting we present a 30-day, 90-day and 6-month marketing plan, and we send it to you in writing afterward.
- The Roadmap fee is $1,000, paid in full by payment link before the kickoff meeting.
- Complete all four meetings within 30 days of kickoff. You may reschedule one missed meeting, and all four must be finished within 45 days of kickoff.
- In week 3 we'll ask for read-only access to your analytics, CRM and ad accounts. We use that access only to build your plan.
- The plan is yours to keep even if you don't hire 2POINT.
- The plan is built on the information you share with us. We don't guarantee results, revenue or rankings, and the Roadmap doesn't include carrying out the plan.
- Each brand can complete one Roadmap per 12 months. Companies under the same ownership count as one brand.
- The Roadmap is for brands new to 2POINT: not a current client, not a past client in the last 12 months, and not an open sales opportunity in the last 6 months.
- We accept a limited number of Roadmaps each month and may decline any request, including for category conflicts. If you've paid and we decline, you get a full refund.
2. Refund guarantee
- You can request a full refund of the $1,000 Roadmap fee for any reason. You don't need to explain.
- Send your request in writing to [EMAIL] by 11:59 p.m. Pacific on the 7th day after your final meeting. That deadline is the "refund window."
- If you stop attending before all four meetings, the refund window runs 7 days from your last scheduled meeting date.
- We refund the original payment method within 10 business days of your request.
- You keep your plan after a refund. A refund doesn't reset the one-Roadmap-per-12-months limit.
- Once you've signed a retainer or project with 2POINT, or the first-month credit has been applied, the Roadmap fee is no longer refundable. If you request a refund instead, the credit is forfeited.
3. The $1,000 first-month credit
- If you sign a qualifying engagement within 30 days after your final meeting, we credit $1,000 against that engagement's first invoice.
- A qualifying engagement is a retainer or project with total contracted fees of $3,000 or more. For a retainer, total contracted fees means the fees for the initial term.
- You get one credit per brand. It applies once, to the first invoice of the first qualifying engagement, and can't be split across invoices or projects.
- Projects can't be split, phased or rescoped to reach the $3,000 minimum. 2POINT decides in good faith whether an engagement qualifies.
- The credit has no cash value, can't be transferred, and can't be combined with other discounts or credits unless we agree in writing.
- If the engagement is cancelled before its first invoice is paid, the credit is forfeited.
4. Referral program
4.1 Rewards
- A referral qualifies when a brand you refer pays the Roadmap fee, signs a retainer, or signs any project over $1,000.
- You choose $500 cash or $1,000 in 2POINT agency credit. You make the choice when the reward is earned, before payment.
- Each referred brand earns a single reward. A brand that starts with the Roadmap and then signs a retainer earns one reward in total.
- If the referred brand's Roadmap is refunded, you receive a $100 cash thank you for the introduction. If that brand then signs a retainer or project within 12 months of your introduction, you also receive the rest of the full reward ($400 cash or $900 in credit).
- For a Roadmap, the reward is earned when the refund window closes without a refund request. For a retainer or project, it's earned when the brand's first invoice is paid in full.
- We pay cash within 30 days of the reward being earned, by ACH or check, and issue credit within the same 30 days. We may ask for a W-9 (or the equivalent for partners outside the US) before paying cash.
- Referral credit applies to your own 2POINT invoices, has no cash value, can't be transferred, and expires 12 months after it's issued.
- You're responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive.
4.2 Which brands qualify
- The referred brand must be new to 2POINT, as described in section 1, item 8.
- You must make the introduction before the brand contacts 2POINT. Introduce us by email to both parties, or have the brand enter your name in the "Who referred you?" field on the Roadmap page.
- You must have the brand's permission to share their contact details with us.
- If two partners introduce the same brand, the earliest documented introduction earns the reward.
- Your introduction is credited for 12 months from its date.
- Self-referrals don't qualify. Neither do brands you own, run, or hold an ownership stake in.
- 2POINT employees and contractors can't earn referral rewards.
4.3 Partner conduct
- Describe the Roadmap accurately. Quote the published fee, refund and credit terms, and don't promise results.
- If you advise, manage or work for the brand you're referring, tell them about the reward before you make the introduction.
- If you promote the program publicly (social posts, newsletters, ads), clearly disclose that you may earn a reward.
- Don't send bulk unsolicited messages about the program, run paid ads using 2POINT's name or brand terms, or present yourself as speaking for 2POINT.
- We keep each brand's information confidential. We tell you only whether the brand signed or was refunded, and only as needed to pay your reward.
4.4 Our rights
- We may decline any brand for any reason. A declined brand doesn't earn a reward, but a brand we waitlist that starts within 12 months of your introduction still counts.
- We may withhold rewards for referrals that are misleading, duplicated or made in bad faith.
- We may change or end the program with notice. Rewards already earned are honored, and introductions made before a change follow the terms in place when you made them.
5. General
- Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential. 2POINT won't name you or your brand publicly without written permission.
- You own the plan we deliver. 2POINT keeps its methods, templates and tools.
- Our total liability for the Roadmap is limited to the fee you paid. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
- We may update these terms with notice. The version in place when you paid, or when you made an introduction, applies to you.
- Questions about these terms: [EMAIL].
